Everything in the Universe is made of energy, including us! What most of us don’t know, is that we have an energy system of our own, and that the health of our energy system determines our health - mind, body and spirit.
The good news is that there are some simple techniques for working with our ‘energy body’, that anyone can learn and that can bring a range of benefits including: elevated mood, improvement in some physical symptoms, better energy levels and a greater sense of agency and competency in our lives.
This 4-week workshop will introduce you to some of the fundamental principles behind experiencing and working with your own energy system. You will learn how to connect to energy safely, how to influence energy flow through focused intention, and how to take care of your energy body with simple housekeeping tools.
My hope is that you will feel more connected, energised, relaxed and brighter by the end of the course. And equipped to take care of yourself using a simple 10-15 minute protocol for energy house-keeping.
