supervision

Ethics, boundaries and psychological rigour are important in a range of healing and supporting professions, just as they are in psychotherapy and counselling.

Miche brings the mindset of psychotherapy to Holistic Supervision, as a template for good practice, working with clients from a range of professional backgrounds where the presence and quality of “being with” people matters e.g.  healers, holistic therapists, counsellors and psychotherapists, teachers, social workers and certain types of creative professionals too.

Holistic Supervision can provide a space to explore your work, including:

  • Setting up and managing a professional practice

  • Issues to do with transference and counter-transference

  • How to form and maintain a “professional body”

  • Dealing with client issues and tricky situations

  • Boundaries

  • Dealing with the difficulties of working within institutional settings

  • Conflicts of interest and ethical dilemmas

  • Issues to do with online working

In her career, Miche has worked within statutory services, within the therapy room, outdoors in nature and online too.  She has an understanding of the challenges of working in a range of different ways and settings.
