spirit guide connection workshop
Living a human life requires stamina, resilience and strength to navigate the ups and downs. Many people have times where they feel confused, overwhelmed and lonely, with a sense of “doing it alone”.
However, did you know that each and every one of us have beings on “the other side” who are looking out for us? Perhaps you’ve had the uncanny sense of ‘being looked after’ during a difficult experience, or dreamed of a loved one who passed over and knew that it wasn’t completely a dream. Or maybe you simply hope that you have spirit guides and would like to find out more…
Spirit Guides come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, with different energy imprints, sensations, feelings and characteristics. When we connect in a careful and sensitive way, our relationships with them can enable us to live our human lives with more ease, grace and flow, and to evolve on all levels.
In my experience, connecting with your “team” and building relationships with these energies can be joyful, humorous, nourishing, illuminating and grounding. It can lead to a feeling of being accompanied always, even through the darkest of times, and a sense of knowing that something, somewhere, is holding you with the greatest of love, respect and affection, and accountability to your highest path.
In this workshop, we will look at how to connect with different energies in a safe, grounded and respectful way. Setting the intention to “call in your team”, we will meet teaching guides, angelics, elemental beings, ancestors and our own ‘higher self’ aspect, all of the highest love and light, and begin to make relationships with our friends beyond the veil.
